Job Overview:

Pentoz Technology is offering a 3-month, unpaid SEO Internship for motivated individuals interested in gaining practical experience in SEO and digital marketing. This internship is a great opportunity to work with industry experts, receive mentorship, and build your skills in search engine optimization. Successful interns may be offered a full-time role with a competitive salary package (15,000 to 40,000 / month) after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and assist in identifying SEO opportunities for content strategy.
  • Support on-page SEO efforts, including optimizing meta tags, headers, and image alt text.
  • Assist in performing site audits and identifying areas for improvement in website performance.
  • Monitor SEO metrics like traffic, rankings, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
  • Research competitor strategies to gather insights for SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with content and digital teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
  • Participate in link-building activities, such as outreach and backlink analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles; familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication for collaborative teamwork.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing: A strong interest in SEO, content optimization, and digital strategy.
