Urgent Opening for Linux Administrator for Kurla Location
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
Manage user accounts, file systems, and system resources.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to servers and applications.
Apply patches, updates, and security hardening on servers.
Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and system restores.
Configure and maintain network services (DNS, DHCP, FTP, NFS, SSH, etc.).
Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and development teams to support business operations.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Linux Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Linux OS (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Python – optional).
Experience with system monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.).
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, etc. – added advantage).
Knowledge of security practices and server hardening
