About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Accounts & Statutory Compliance Executive to bring our GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance functions in-house. You will work directly under our Finance Manager, becoming the go-to person for compliance execution and record management. This is an individual contributor role — perfect for someone looking to grow their accounting and compliance expertise in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly/annual) within statutory deadlines.
  • Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns; ensure timely payments.
  • Manage statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.) end-to-end.
  • Maintain and organize compliance documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Reconcile GST and TDS records with accounting ledgers.
  • Support day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting.
  • Monitor changes in tax and compliance regulations and flag updates.
  • Draft responses to statutory notices under guidance from the Finance Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (Freshers with strong technical knowledge will also be considered).
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and statutory timelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while following reporting protocols.
