We are looking for passionate RPA Developers with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that drive efficiency and digital transformation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, exception handling, and documentation.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring of bots.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest RPA tools, features, and trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–5 years of RPA development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Good understanding of Orchestrator, queue management, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, APIs, and workflow automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
