Job Title:
Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple districts and states as required.
  • Visit special schools and inclusive schools setups to identify and support students with visual impairments.
  • Facilitate distribution of accessible educational resources to visually impaired students and schools.
  • Support and organize teacher training workshops and regular sessions.
  • Work closely with district-level stakeholders, school administrations, NGOs, and government officials.
  • Maintain accurate records of students, teachers trained, and resources distributed using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Collect field data, document project progress, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Travel frequently within assigned districts and occasionally outside the state for project work.

Educational Background
:

  • Master's/Bachelor's/Diploma in Social Work / Special Education / Education

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in working with teachers, students, and field-level stakeholders
  • Good command of
    MS Office
    , especially Excel and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions
  • Proficient in Data collection, documentation, and analysis
  • Comfortable in travelling frequently for field visits

Salary
