We are seeking a skilled and passionate Automobile Mentor to train students in vehicle repair and maintenance. The role involves teaching both theory and practical classes, guiding students in workshop activities, and ensuring a safe and disciplined learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory sessions on automobile systems, repair techniques, and maintenance practices.
  • Lead practical training sessions in the workshop, demonstrating real-world repair skills.
  • Guide students through hands-on projects and troubleshooting exercises.
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed in the workshop.
  • Maintain discipline and a professional learning atmosphere.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Keep workshop tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Strong practical knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
  • Good communication and mentoring skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for training-related documentation.
