We are building a healthcare diagnostics platform (Doorstep Diagnostic) with mobile apps(Flutter), a web admin panel (React + TS), and backend services + TypeScript +Prisma with PostgreSQL). The system covers patients, technicians, doctors, pathologists,onboarding/KYC, diagnostics packages, reports, payments, and role-based access (RBAC).RoleWe need a Full Stack Developer (Freelancer) with strong TypeScript skills across backendand frontend, who can deliver secure, scalable, and production-grade features aligned with our guidelines.Responsibilities* Develop and maintain backend APIs using , Express/NestJS, TypeScript,Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL.* Build and extend web admin panel with React, TypeScript, Tailwind/MUI, ReactQuery/Redux Toolkit.* Implement secure RBAC, JWT auth, onboarding & KYC flows, and API contracts(with Zod validation).* Write clean, testable code with Jest + Supertest (backend) and RTL/Jest/Playwright(frontend).* Integrate with third-party services (Razorpay/Stripe, SendGrid/Twilio, Maps,Zammad, Jitsi/Daily).* Optimize for performance (p95 < 300ms), caching (Redis), scalability (AWS ECS/DR).* Follow coding standards: ESLint, Prettier, strict TypeScript, path aliasing, layeredarchitecture.* Collaborate with QA to ensure end-to-end feature readiness.Skills & Experience* Strong in TypeScript across backend + frontend.* Backend: , Express/NestJS, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ.* Frontend: React (with Vite/Webpack), React Query/Redux Toolkit, Tailwind/MUI.* Strong grasp of RBAC, audit logging, soft deletes, encryption (AES-256-GCM).* API-first mindset: Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman collections.* CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Docker-based dev & prod setup.* Good exposure to healthtech/fintech compliance (HIPAA/GDPR).* Bonus: experience with WebRTC, Socket.IO, payment integrations.Job Type: Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
