Bodhi is looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Quality Audit & Compliance Intern to help ensure high standards in our consultation experience. This role involves daily auditing of consultations (calls and chats) to identify any red flags and support overall quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Daily Audits: Review and audit 200–250 consultations per day (calls and chats) to ensure they meet Bodhi's quality and compliance standards.
● Red Flag Identification: Identify issues such as protocol violations, unprofessional behavior, or inappropriate content.
● Immediate Action: Raise any red flags directly with the concerned astrologer via a phone call.
● Team Notification: Share a summary of flagged issues in the designated astrologer WhatsApp group for transparency and documentation.
● Ad-Hoc Tasks: Occasionally assist with dashboard monitoring, internal data checks, or other operational support tasks as needed.
Shift Details:
● Shift Timing: Morning shift (approx. 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
● Work Week: 6 days a week – Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
●
Stipend: Rs. 5,000/month
● Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
● Location: Remote (must have a laptop and stable internet connection)
