Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives across business verticals
, including lending, operations, customer experience, and technology.
? Drive business model innovation by leveraging technology, automation, and
process re-engineering.
? Promote a data-driven culture, using insights and analytics to influence
decision-making and measure transformation success.
? Strong execution skills to collaborate across functions, including tech, product,
business, compliance, and operations to deliver integrated and impactful
solutions.
? Identify areas for automation, digitization, and customer experience
improvement.
? Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless
execution of digital roadmaps.



Key Responsibilities:

Must-Haves:
? 5–8 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Lending / Banking / Fintech.
? Proven experience in digital transformation and large-scale system
implementation.
? Experience in leading business model changes through digital and data-led
interventions.
? Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
execution.
