Depot Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Ensure efficient space utilization and optimal layout of warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage regular cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate and monitor logistics, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and systems.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Manage warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and maintenance costs.
