Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across the discovery and implementation phases of a multi-site digital platform transformation. The ideal candidate will be experienced, collaborative, and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to manage cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring quality outcomes on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery sprints, stakeholder workshops, and alignment sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to groom and prioritize discovery backlogs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of requirements, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-team activities such as audits, architecture reviews, and content inventories.
  • Drive progress reporting and communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Support estimation and prepare teams for seamless transition into delivery.

Implementation Phase:

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams.
  • Lead all Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Eliminate impediments and protect the team from external disruptions.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Track sprint velocity, goals, and deliverables using JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
  • Support UAT, release planning, and roadmap alignment.
  • Identify and escalate risks; manage and resolve blockers across teams.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Hands-on experience leading Agile teams through both discovery and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms – AEM preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with component-based development, design systems, or enterprise content delivery is a strong plus.
