We are looking for an experienced AI Applications/ DevOps Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation intelligent automation systems leveraging cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI-driven solutions using LLMs (Azure OpenAI GPT Models, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, etc.) for text understanding, generation, summarization, and reasoning.
  • Architect and deploy agent-based workflows (multi-agent systems, autonomous pipelines) for automation and decision support.
  • Develop RAG solutions using vector databases and enterprise-grade knowledge search to support secure document analysis and Q&A.
  • Implement LLM orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI etc.
  • Fine-tune, deploy, and monitor LLMs on secure/private datasets while ensuring compliance and privacy.
  • Integrate AI tools and APIs into production systems with strong evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail safety mechanisms.
  • Keep updated with AI advancements and recommend best-fit technologies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation.
  • Practical experience with RAG pipelines, vector storage (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB, Elastic).
  • Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries: Transformers, HuggingFace, FastAPI, Azure OpenAI, etc.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions for enterprise applications (APIs, plugins, automation tools).
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI (Text/Image/Audio) and semantic search.

Good to Have

  • Experience optimizing cost, latency, and performance of production AI models.
  • Familiarity with AI security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems with CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
  • Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud AI services (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex).
