We are looking for a professional fluent in Punjabi and English to join our education and migration team. The ideal candidate will assist in drafting student visa applications, communicating with clients from Australia, Nepal, and India, and supporting online promotional activities for our migration services.

Location:
Remote (Work From Home)
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Melbourne, Australia Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare student visa applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients based in Australia, India, and Nepal via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Perform documentation and data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support online promotions in India to expand our migration services reach.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely application processing.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Punjabi (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection.
  • No prior experience needed — training provided.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
