About the Role

Seven Procure is looking for smart, hands-on professionals who can independently manage procurement and strategic sourcing projects for our clients. The role involves leading sourcing initiatives, driving supplier negotiations, and delivering measurable cost savings while maintaining process transparency and compliance.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs, identify sourcing opportunities, and execute projects using structured procurement methodologies and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage sourcing projects end-to-end from requirement gathering to supplier onboarding and final negotiation.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for assigned categories based on spend analysis, supplier capability, and cost structures.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate vendor responses, and conduct commercial and technical comparisons.
  • Plan and lead online negotiations (e-auctions, reverse auctions, etc.) where applicable.
  • Work with client teams to finalize suppliers, contracts, and terms.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, MIS reports, and performance summaries.
  • Identify potential cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support vendor development and qualification initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering (B. Tech & MBA preferred).
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools.
  • Self-driven, structured thinker with strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience in managing indirect or direct categories (manufacturing, engineering, services, or marketing procurement preferred).
