Role Overview

We are seeking a sleek and creative video editor who can transform raw footage into eye-catching, storytelling-driven content using both traditional editing skills and generative AI tools. You should have a strong sense of imagination, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create videos that hook viewers instantly.

Responsibilities


• Edit influencer and brand content into sleek, magical videos that drive engagement.


• Use imagination + generative AI apps to create unique storytelling elements (e.g., turning screenshots from influencer videos into dynamic AI-generated clips).


• Integrate B-rolls, visual effects, and transitions to make videos immersive and scroll-stopping.


• Understand storytelling structures for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.


• Repurpose existing footage creatively for different formats and platforms.


• Stay updated with latest AI video editing tools and social media trends.


• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas.

Requirements


• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required).


• Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools.


• Familiarity with AI-based generative video tools (Runway, Pika, Stable Video Diffusion, etc.) is a big plus.


• Ability to think visually and narratively — turning content into compelling stories.


• A strong sense of social media content: what works, what trends, what goes viral.


• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work with quick turnarounds.
