About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to drive corporate sales growth in the **food solutions and kitchen appliances segment**. The ideal candidate should have a strong existing lead database and proven track record in corporate sales within the Delhi NCR market. This role is critical in building strong partnerships, driving revenue, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing corporate client network and generate new opportunities within Delhi NCR. 
- Drive B2B/corporate sales specifically in the food services and kitchen appliance domain. 
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers in facility management companies, corporate cafeterias, and catering businesses. 
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals. 
- Prepare and track sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports. 
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. 
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently. 
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory: Delhi NCR local resident with strong corporate client network. 
- Education: Graduate in Sales/Marketing (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 
- Experience: 5–6 years of proven corporate sales experience (mandatory). 
- Industry Preference: Prior exposure to food industry, corporate catering, or kitchen appliances. 
- Strong existing lead database & market connections in Delhi NCR. 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
- Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and target-driven mindset. 
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience working with or selling to companies like Compass, Sodexo, Alero, Gokhana, Hungerbox or similar corporate food service providers. 
- Ability to independently manage and expand client base with minimal supervision. 
- Strong understanding of corporate cafeterias, B2B catering requirements, and food service sales cycles.
