We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who can take ownership of the product experience from concept to final UI. The ideal candidate must be strong in product thinking, user flows, and usability, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
  • Convert business requirements into clear and intuitive product solutions.
  • Create user journeys and high/low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders.
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
  • Build and maintain design systems and documentation.
  • Ensure design consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in product design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and real-world problem-solving.
  • Expertise in Figma, prototyping, wireframing, and design systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles and HCI.
  • Ability to work in Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in CRM, SaaS, PropTech, or enterprise platforms.
  • Basic understanding of UI development (HTML/CSS).
  • Ability to guide junior designers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
