Job Title: Early Childhood Care and Education Trainer for TiTLi
Job Summary:
TiTLi Early Childhood Training Institute is a social enterprise that aims to empower women to become preschool teachers and
entrepreneurs in early childhood care and education (ECCE) in rural areas of India. We are looking for qualified and experienced
women who can join our team of trainers and deliver high-quality ECCE programs in Deoria District of Uttar Pradesh. The trainers
will be responsible for training other women who want to start their own preschools or work as teachers in existing ones. The
trainers will also support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children aged 3 to 6 years.
Job Responsibilities:
● Plan and conduct training Anganwadi workers and helpers using TiTLi's curriculum and materials.
● Use innovative and creative methods to engage the trainees and enhance their learning outcomes.
● Provide feedback and guidance to the trainees on their progress and performance.
● Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the ECCE programs implemented by the trainees using TiTLi's
tools and indicators.
● Coordinate with TiTLi's project manager and field coordinator on the project goals, activities and challenges.
● Prepare and submit reports on the training activities and outcomes using TiTLi's format and system.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training in ECCE is preferred.
● Knowledge of the national norms and standards of ECCE in India.
● Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Willingness to travel within Deoria District and work on flexible hours.
● Preference will be given to women with B.Ed background and local language proficiency.
● Computerliteracy, knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
