Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Gurugram for a Badminton Coach. The Badminton Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting practice sessions, providing skill development and technical training, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for players. The individual will assess players' performance, design improvement plans, and ensure safety guidelines during practices and matches. The coach will also organize and oversee competitions and evaluate player progress.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in designing and implementing effective training programs and coaching strategies
• Excellent understanding of badminton techniques, rules, and safety regulations
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to players and support their growth
• Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience training players across different age groups and skill levels
• First aid training and CPR certification (preferred)
• Relevant experience in coaching badminton or holding coaching certifications is preferred
