Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other softwares for detailed designs creation.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication and client interaction.
  • Competent in using Excel and Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and tracking progress.
  • Strong understanding of the kitchen, wardrobes and wellness industry, particularly in the context of residential and commercial spaces is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable about kitchen technicalities, including cabinetry, layout, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience with luxury kitchens or a strong interest in this niche is preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • Responsible for end-to-end designing needs, overseeing all aspects of the design process for wellness kitchens, from initial concepts to final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the salesperson and clients, providing designs for customer sites based on the requirements specific to the MAGPPIE wellness kitchen segment.
  • Analyze site technicalities, ensuring the design is tailored to fit the client's needs and MAGPPIE's wellness kitchen standards.
  • Engage directly with customers to discuss design requirements, technical aspects, and address any potential challenges in the wellness kitchen segment.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding design progress, order status, and any issues encountered during the process.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team in the factory to send approved designs for production, ensuring they align with MAGPPIE's wellness kitchen offerings.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the factory team to track order status and ensure timely delivery of the wellness kitchen designs to clients.
  • Ideally, candidates should have at least 2-3 years of overall experience in design, with a preference for backgrounds in kitchen design or wellness-focused interiors.

Experience required: 2-3 years minimum
