About the role:

We are looking for an
Sales Finance Manager – NBFC Partnerships & SCF
who will drive our financial enablement engine. This role is responsible for
NBFC licensing, new NBFC partnerships, supply chain finance (SCF) sales
, and enabling seamless financing solutions for SME exporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    NBFC licensing processes
    , documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead
    SCF sales
    , driving adoption of financing solutions for SME exporters.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage
    new NBFC partners
    to expand our lending ecosystem.
  • Maintain strong relationships with finance partners, ensuring smooth credit operations and turnaround.
  • Work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver optimal financing experiences.
  • Track market and regulatory developments across SCF and NBFC segments.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    NBFC partnerships, SCF sales, fintech lending, or financial operations
    .
  • Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing lender relationships and closing financing deals.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior exposure to MSME/SME lending is a strong bonus.
