Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer/Video Editor based in our Thane office. The selected candidate will create visually compelling graphics, logos, and branding materials, edit high-quality creative videos for promotional campaigns, and design assets for social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives. Collaborating with the content, marketing, and development teams, this individual will ensure that designs meet client needs, brand guidelines, and project objectives, while consistently adhering to tight deadlines and high standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling ability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and create videos, reels, motion graphics, and short-form content for marketing and brand promotion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for ads, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Create logos, brochures, banners, posters, and other visual content as per brand guidelines.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure professional quality and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and video trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Experience creating reels, promotional videos, and ad creatives for digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

  • Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation strategies.
