OJT - Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in housekeeping, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
