Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer experienced in , , SQL, and NoSQL technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a scalable CRM web application with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain a CRM web application using (frontend) and (backend) with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient communication between frontend and backend.
  • Implement and manage secure user authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
  • Optimize the application for speed, scalability, and usability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security throughout the CRM system.
  • Manage version control using Git and support DevOps best practices for deployment.
  • Handle database schema design, migration, and query optimization for SQL platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Plan and execute deployment to staging and production environments; manage server operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide post-launch maintenance, debugging, and continuous improvements to enhance system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in full stack development using , , , and SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL query language.
  • Hands-on experience in RESTful API development, integration, and testing.
  • Experience with Git, cloud deployment, and server administration.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and role-based access control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing or maintaining CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (CI/CD, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with code review processes and version control workflows.
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and responsive/mobile-friendly design.
