Currently, we are looking for a UKG Subject Matter Expert to join our team.

Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience in UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (Time, Attendance, and Scheduling).
  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG HCM and Workforce Management solutions.
  • Deep expertise in timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, leave management, and payroll integrations.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and configure UKG modules accordingly.
  • Experience integrating UKG with HR, Payroll, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
  • Skilled in Advanced Scheduler, Data Hub, API integrations, and WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance rules, and workforce policies within HR operations.
  • Provide SME guidance, system audits, testing, and user training to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams for solution design and issue resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions certification preferred.
