Securities Services sits within Trust and Securities Services, TSS, and offers post-trade solutions in 30+ markets to both institutional and corporate clients. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team in India to initially support our Billing squad but with a desire to learn and grow within the global team.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as a product manager and product owner within the Billing squad
• Support and drive the execution of the Billing Book of Work
• Manage, challenge and help define the product strategy.  Understand the product, how it works, who are the clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the wider global product team and Global Lead to understand the broader book of work and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Business) to ensure needs are met and priorities are understood.
• Ensure a high level of data quality and control within core systems e.g. JIRA
• Produce product roadmaps, delivery plans and required materials as defined and determined by the Global Product Head.
• Understand vendor solutions in this space and ensure you remain current with the competitive landscape
• Ensure our product meets industry best-in-class standards and client needs
• Accountable for the successful delivery of the transformation book of work
• To think critically and challenge the status-quo, to continually challenge yourself and the team on whether the product is delivering in all areas to the highest standard

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of billing preferable although not essential
• Product management/project delivery experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, e.g. Securities Services (Custody/Fund Services)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to drive tasks to conclusion independently
• Solution orientated individual who can break down complex tasks into deliveries
• Can-Do attitude is essential
