Apprentice – Finance

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Finance in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial models and strategies.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts.
• Support compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as accounting and financial management tools.
