As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

If you're passionate about finance, have a strong attention to detail, and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you Responsibilities:Bank Balance ReportingDaily reporting of bank balances and executing internal fund transfers for the Head Office (HO). Vendor AgeingPreparation of ageing for vendor payments for processing.

Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to balance transfers. BRS Closing - AP SideVerify and upload the received files in Tally for reconciliation. Statutory Dues - TDS PayablePrepare monthly TDS payable working.

GST Data for Outsource PartnerShare GST data on time with the outsourced partner for payment. PaymentsEnsure timely payments to vendors, credit cards, utilities, rent, employee reimbursements, and statutory dues (PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, VAT). TDS BookingBook TDS as per applicability.

TDS Recovery/SettlementPeriodic TDS recovery and settlement with vendors such as Facebook, Google. TDS Return FilingFile TDS returns on a quarterly basis. TDS Form 16 IssuanceIssue TDS Form 16 to vendors monthly.

GST ReconciliationConduct monthly GST input reconciliation (GSTR 2B). Vendor Master UpdatesUpdate vendor master details as needed. Vendor Details for VRFProvide vendor details for VRF as required.

Inter-Unit EntriesPost and reconcile inter-unit entries by the 9th/10th of the following month. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role in accounting.

Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
