Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive networking and online research.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep records of all recruitment activities and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in flexible shifts, including late evenings as required.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals or ATS tools is a plus.
