Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge, located in Ahmedabad. The Production Incharge will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing the production team, monitoring production schedules, coordinating with quality assurance, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves ensuring safety protocols are followed and troubleshooting production issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing production processes, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Knowledge of GMP and GLP regulations and compliance
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
