Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning and execution across teams. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring project progress, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Monitor project performance and report updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and timelines using project management tools
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports
- Organize and facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking
- Identify and escalate issues or delays appropriately
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (B.Tech preferred); MBA is an added advantage
- 13 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in JIRA, G-Suite, MS Office, and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
