Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with strong technical expertise in
.NET, MVC, Angular, and .NET Core
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, distributing tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the development team to achieve project goals.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver updates regularly.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met consistently.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge in .NET, MVC, Angular, and .NET Core to support the team when required.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead in IT/software development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    .NET, MVC, Angular, and .NET Core frameworks
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
    English
    (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
