Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible male candidate to manage fund collection activities from various sources. This is a fully commission-based role with high earning potential for candidates who can consistently deliver results. The role involves frequent travel along with regular reporting from the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to different locations to collect funds from various sources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all collections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and fund contributors.
  • Ensure proper handling, transparency, and accountability of collected funds.
  • Submit timely reports to the management on daily/weekly activities.
  • Coordinate efficiently with internal teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Willing and able to travel frequently as part of the role.
  • Prior experience in finance, collections, or a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong professional conduct and active listening ability.
  • Must be reliable, honest, and financially disciplined.

Compensation

  • Earnings directly tied to the collections achieved
  • High earning potential for top performers
