Red, Blue, and Purple Team activities
, managing security tools and processes, and acting as the primary point of contact for client security matters. You will play a hands-on role in both
offensive and defensive security
, while also guiding teams and ensuring continuous protection of critical assets.
Office Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Joining: Immediate
Note:
This is not a hybrid or remote role. The candidate has to come to office daily in Mumbai. If you stay outside of Mumbai, don't bother to apply and waste everyone's time. If you have less then 5 years of experience, again don't bother to apply. You will be rejected in both cases.
Key Responsibilities
Red Team Operations
- Conduct continuous attack simulations and offensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in client infrastructure.
- Perform regular penetration testing on web applications, mobile applications, networks, Active Directory, and other environments.
- Assess and review configurations of firewalls, routers, servers, and switches.
Blue Team Operations
- Deploy, configure, and manage security monitoring tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other defensive technologies.
- Monitor client environments for threats and respond proactively to security events.
- Stay updated on the latest CVEs, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities relevant to client systems.
Purple Team Operations
- Conduct coordinated attack-defense exercises to improve overall detection and response capabilities.
- Collaborate with client teams to enhance both offensive and defensive security postures.
Incident Response & Security Management
- Lead incident response efforts in the event of a cyber incident, ensuring quick containment and recovery.
- Maintain continuous security coverage over critical client assets.
- Assist clients in prioritizing and remediating identified vulnerabilities quickly.
Client & Team Engagement
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for client security matters.
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare clear, actionable, and concise security reports for clients.
- Provide training sessions to client teams on the latest cybersecurity tools, attack techniques, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor internal team members conducting security operations.
Compliance & Specialized Security
- Work with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and other security frameworks.
- Possess strong technical expertise in both
Web2
and
Web3
security technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience in
Red, Blue, and Purple Team

- Familiarity with modern attack techniques, defense strategies, and security toolsets.
