Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Merta. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and overseeing daily sales operations. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and events. The Sales Manager will also handle customer queries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a sales team and work collaboratively with other departments
• Experience in the handicrafts or event decoration industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
