Role Overview:

The P2P Associate will manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, ERP system knowledge, and effective communication with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Perform invoice verification and ensure 3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice).
  • Process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
  • Resolve discrepancies between invoices, POs, and delivery receipts.
  • Handle vendor queries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities (accruals, reconciliations).
  • Generate and review procurement and payment reports.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of P2P process and Accounts Payable.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in P2P or Accounts Payable.
