Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 1–3 Years (OSD Formulation – Tablets & Pellets)
Location: Wada
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our R&D / F&D team focused on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms including pellets and tablets.
The role involves pre-formulation, formulation development, process validation, stability studies, and technology transfer while ensuring compliance with ICH guidelines and cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Literature Survey & Research – Patent evaluation, reference product study, regulatory assessment.
Pre-Formulation Studies – API & excipient characterization, compatibility, solubility, and stability studies.
Formulation Development – Pellets & tablets using extrusion-spheronization layering, and coating technologies (aqueous & non-aqueous).
Stability Studies – Conduct as per ICH guidelines, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
Process Validation – Execute validation batches and ensure GMP compliance.
Technology Transfer – Prepare TTD, FDR, protocols, and coordinate smooth handover to production.
Troubleshooting – Provide technical support for commercialized products.
Documentation – Maintain PDFs, logbooks, QAQN, MFR, FPS, and ensure cGMP compliance.
