Executive – Credit Control / Accounts Receivable

Location:
Andheri, Mumbai

Work Type:
Full-time (On-site)

Timings:
9 AM – 6 PM | Alternate Saturdays Off

Role Summary
Responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall credit control operations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues and prepare MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts receivable and track ageing reports
  • Follow up for payments and resolve outstanding issues/disputes
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments for collections
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly collection targets
  • Perform TDS reconciliation and 26AS verification
  • Update and extract reports from ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • MBA (Finance) / M.Com preferred
  • CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or Accounting Diploma – added advantage

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and collection processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and Advanced Excel
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
