  4. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.

  5. Coordination:

  6. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  7. Ensure timely communication and updates with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  8. Job Descriptions and Postings:

  9. Create, update, and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.

  10. Maintain an updated database of open positions and candidate profiles.

  11. Compliance and Documentation:

  12. Collect and verify candidate documents, including KYC, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  13. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
