Inviting applications for the role of Manager - MDM Platform Management - Workspace One/EUC platform
We are looking for a candidate with relevant years of specialized experience in End-User Computing, Windows troubleshooting, application packaging, and hands-on expertise with Windows MDM solutions such as Intune, AirWatch (Workspace ONE), or similar platforms.
Responsibilities

•    In-depth Knowledge of VMware Workspace one UEM Platform for Windows 11 Design, Implementation, Management, and Troubleshooting 

•    Application Packaging and scripting Certified\: Modern Desktop Administrator with in-depth knowledge of the Windows 11 platform 

•    Passion for delivering excellent remote troubleshooting & experience, managing thousands of endpoints using automation, PowerShell & scripts  

•    Should have ability to lead, manage, and support a team effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals, timely delivery, and collaborative performance

•    Stakeholder management with good communication

•    Comfortable leveraging Generative AI for faster issue resolution and agent development (preferred).

•    Good understanding of End-User Computing (EUC) vulnerability assessment and management

•    Proficient with Windows diagnostic tools, event logging, Wireshark, and related utilities.

•    Basic understanding of network infrastructure including VPN, proxies, and connectivity components.

•    Experienced in software packaging and troubleshooting MSI/MSIX installations.

•    Capable of configuring automated system deployments using MDT, SmartDeploy, and similar tools.

•    Hands-on experience in application deployment and management via MDM platforms such as AirWatch and Intune.

•    Proficient in handling multi-user incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCCA), and driving reduction of recurring endpoint issues.

•    In-depth experience in Windows 11 lifecycle management.

•    Experience with Jamf, macOS, and Chromebook support is a strong advantage.

•    Strong track record in handling customer calls, meetings, escalations, and delivering support for 24/7 IT operations under pressure.

•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited institution in technology with relevant years of experience or equivalent technologies.

•    Technical certification (MS Azure fundamentals) will be added benefit
Preferred certifications 

•    WS1 Certification (VCP) will be added benefit 

•    Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
