Responsibilities
  • Working with Product manager and other designers to identify and drive design opportunities by connecting the dots between user and business needs for Binance Fiat and P2P product.
  • Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs.
  • Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
  • Work end-to-end by identifying opportunities, establishing the vision, and working with engineering to deliver high quality, robust solutions.
  • Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience.
  • Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
  • Deliver detailed, robust UI design solutions, and work directly with engineering to ensure a high quality product.
  • Develop strong rationale for design decisions, and articulate your perspective.
Requirements
  • 3 years of UI design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
  • 3 years of UX design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
  • Experience with user research.
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery and iteration cycles.
  • Experience in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Fiat / P2P product design.
Nice to Have
  • Educational background: Have a degree in graphic design, HCI, visual arts or related field.
  • Communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment, open to learning and constructive feedback.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
