Job Description: Faculty – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Dr. K. N. Modi University, Newai–Tonk

Position: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor – CSE

Department: Computer Science & Engineering

Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction at UG and PG levels in core and advanced CSE subjects.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and conduct laboratory sessions.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research.
• Conduct research and publish in high-quality journals.
• Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation, and academic quality processes.
• Support departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and FDPs.
• Take part in university committees and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering is mandatory.
• Eligibility and experience as per UGC/AICTE norms.
• Expertise in areas such as DS & Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS, Networks, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, IoT, Cyber Security, etc.
• Teaching, research, or industry experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Research orientation with quality publications.
• Proficiency with ICT-enabled teaching tools.
• Student-centered and team-oriented approach.
