Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced sales / marketing executives / Sr executives / Asst Manager / Manager to cultivate relationships with local doctors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales to doctors / physicians, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries. This role involves promoting KIMS services and ensuring a steady referral of patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers in the designated regions.
  • Promote KIMS Services, highlighting expertise, advanced treatments, and successful patient outcomes.
  • Identify and analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular visits to hospitals, and clinics to present KIMS services and benefits.
  • Organize and participate in local CMEs, medical conferences, workshops, and other events to increase awareness of KIMS offerings and build relationships.
  • Maintain and submit detailed records of daily & monthly visits and business (MIS) on daily basis to the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the regional market.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and referral goals through proactive and persistent efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or) Masters degree. Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of sales experience in the hospitals, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Existing relationships with doctors, clinics.
  • Living in and willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
