JOB DESCRIPTION : Accounts, Taxation & MIS Executive (CA–Inter)

Position - Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: CA–Inter (IPCC)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Purpose of the Role

To manage complete accounting, finalisation, TDS/GST compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls within the company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Finalisation of Accounts

  2. Assist in month-end and year-end closing.

  3. Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Schedules).
  4. Scrutiny of ledgers and ensure corrective journal entries.
  5. Prepare depreciation schedules, accruals, and provisions.
  6. Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

  7. General Accounting & BRS

  8. Perform daily accounting entries in ERP/Tally.

  9. Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for all bank accounts.
  10. Vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger matching.
  11. Monitor AP & AR ageing and coordinate for closures.
  12. Maintain fixed asset register and track capitalization.

  13. TDS & Taxation

  14. Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS for all applicable transactions.

  15. Prepare and file monthly & quarterly TDS returns (24Q/26Q).
  16. Issue Form 16 & Form 16A.
  17. Handle 26AS reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
  18. Support in advance tax working and income tax filing.

  19. GST Compliance (If Applicable)

  20. Assist in preparing and filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B.

  21. Reconcile GSTR-2B with Input Tax Credit.
  22. Track vendor GST compliance and resolve discrepancies.

  23. MIS Reporting & Analysis

  24. Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports including:

  25. Sales & revenue analysis
  26. Expense MIS
  27. Cash flow and fund flow statements
  28. Profitability analysis
  29. Budget vs Actual reports
  30. Provide analytical insights for management decision-making.
  31. Maintain dashboards and financial trackers.

  32. Budgeting & Forecasting

  33. Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

  34. Compare Budget vs Actual and highlight deviations.
  35. Track department-wise expenses and cost control measures.
  36. Support management in financial planning and projections.

Required Skills

  • Strong accounting fundamentals and taxation knowledge.
  • Expertise in BRS, MIS reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS templates).
  • Hands-on experience in Tally or any ERP system.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
