Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, including Europe, Far East, Middle East, and Maldives tours.
  • Generate leads through calls, social media, and travel networks.
  • Handle B2C and B2B enquiries, provide quotations, and close sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and visa teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, sub-agents, and corporate accounts.
  • Stay updated on destination trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism background preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in travel sales or tour operations.
  • Proven track record in holiday package / visa / ticketing sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
  • Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRS tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
