We are looking for a
SCADA & Automation Engineer
to enhance monitoring and control of our solar PV assets.

Role Overview

This role focuses on integrating, configuring, and maintaining supervisory control systems, enabling real-time performance tracking and remote management of solar plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA hardware and software.
  • Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of plant KPIs.
  • Implement automated alerts for performance deviations.
  • Coordinate with O&M teams to analyze performance data and improve uptime.
  • Maintain cybersecurity protocols and backup systems for critical infrastructure.
  • Document configurations, network diagrams, and system changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in SCADA, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming, communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3).
