Role Overview

Élevé is looking for a
Product Manager – Jewellery Design & Assortment
to own our product mix, translate trends into winning collections, and drive seamless execution from design to finished pieces. The role bridges
design creativity and operational discipline
, ensuring our assortment reflects both customer demand and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track market trends, competitor launches, and customer insights to curate store assortment.
  • Work closely with Lead Designer on new product development and seasonal collections.
  • Create detailed design briefs and coordinate with karigars for timely execution.
  • Oversee quality checks, costing, and production timelines.
  • Implement SOPs for inventory control, stock rotation, and product lifecycle management.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure assortment matches demand and store feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in product development / merchandising in jewellery, fashion, or luxury.
  • Ability to balance design sensibility with commercial acumen.
  • Hands-on experience working with karigars, vendors, and supply chains.
  • Process-oriented with skills in inventory and assortment planning.
  • Passionate about jewellery trends, customer behavior, and retail execution.
