Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager (IT) located in Gurgaon. The Account Manager (IT) will manage client accounts, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, they will lead and manage a team of IT professionals, monitor team performance, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role involves regular client communication and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs.
