Piping Qc

Role & responsibilities

• Material receiving inspections.
• Supervision of Inspection activities.
• Coordinating Project activities as per procedure & specification.
• Coordination with client in clearing the system for hydro test.
• Interpretation of NDT inspection.
• Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required inspection.
• Witnessing the hydro testing of the pipe lines.
• Prepare hydro test packages, line check and punch listing.
• Control of non-conformities issuance of punch list.
• Material receiving inspection as per drawing and specification.
• Witnessing of pneumatic test, hydro test and flushing.
• Confirm repairs re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specification
• Assure that all joints are exposed for examination during pressure test.
• Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test packages.
• Preparing the punch list before and after hydro test.
• Inspection of type of valves their direction tag number rating and sizes.
• In-charge for the inspection of inner cleanliness of the piping work.
• Maintain and monitor the approved QA/QC procedures and inspection program.
• Reviewing isometrics, support drawings and details.
• Review inspection and test plans and method of statements.
• Witness/Inspection of fit up dimensional checking.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 8 yrs of Experience with Diploma in Mechanical /Civil Engineering

Minimum 5yrs of Experience with B.E/BTech in Mechanical /Civil Engineering

Exp. In Oil & Gas/ Refinery / Petrochemical/ Solar is PREFERRED

DURATION- 12 months of contract and further extendable on our payroll i.e. on M.M.K payroll.

JOB LOCATION: Kota, Rajasthan / Panipat Haryana

DUTY HOURS: 12 hours Shift- 6 days/week

* If candidate worked on Sunday/ Holiday above 6+ hrs. Then candidate will be get Rs.1300/day for that day.

LEAVES: NO PL/CL Available
