*Job Description* :

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Machine Operators who have recently completed their Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin a career in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment, where you will be trained and supported to develop technical skills on the shop floor.

*Key* *Responsibilities* :

  • Operate machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor machine parameters and maintain production quality.
  • Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and report any issues immediately.
  • Record daily production data and machine logs accurately.

*Qualifications* :

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (2023 or 2024 pass-outs preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or machine operations (training will be provided)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a factory environment
  • Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
